A singer songwriter, perfomer and lyricist with strong links to the London alternative Americana, Folk and singer songwriter scene. Curator of the acclaimed Lantern Society and artistic director of The Poetry Brothel London. Influenced by the likes of Cohen, Callahan, Cave and other poetical singers Moreno is known for powerful performances and endless streams of passion. Gabriel Moreno has been performing for the last 20 years in Gibraltar, Peru, Italy, Spain and The United Kingdom. He resides in London now where he is constantly performing in the Alternative Folk scene in venues such as THE GREEN NOTE, SLAUGHTERED LAMB, JAZZ SERVANT QUARTERS, 14 BACON STREET, JAMBOREE, amongst other sacred spots for underground music plus his two spiritual homes: THE BETSEY TROTWOOD and KABARET @ KARAMEL where he is a regular curator and performer. After a succesful debut EP in 2017. "Love & Decadence" (Amber Records) he released his second album with The Quivering Poets in October 2017, "Farewell Belief." It has been received very well by the press in the Alternative Folk scene. He has now released his third album, "Whiskey with Angels acclaimed by Cerys Mathews and other BBC presenters.
